While we do not have a Homeowners Association, we are informally organizing our residents and have asked the Glade Road Neighborhood Alliance (GRNA) to make sure the favorable lease terms they negotiate are available to Lonesome Dove Residents. There is no cost or obligation to you -- you can sign any lease you want, but if you will wait a few weeks you will probably get at least DOUBLE the signing bonus that Petrocasa is currently offering Lonesome Dove Residents!
