About Us
 Our mission is to provide Barnett Shale information for homeowners near west Glade Road and Precinct Line Road in Hurst, Texas.
The neighboring HOA's and individual nearby homeowners are partnering together to form a larger footprint of land to which the drilling companies will need access. This will give the HOA's more leverage in negotiating lease bonuses and royalties. Please consider this before signing a lease with any company individually. We hope to negotiate better terms, then recommend to area homeowners which offer to accept.
We have invited HOA representatives from Heatherwood Estates, Versailles Parc, Wintergreen North, Winterhaven, Glade Pointe, Madison Place, Mill Creek West, Mill Creek, Mill Haven, Haven Addition and Lonesome Dove Estates and other individual homeowners to join us in forming the Glade Road Neighborhood Alliance. We are accepting new members.
